By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below. These terms are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations regarding our service.
1. General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website; however, from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy, and we may not be able to fulfill all items at the time of purchase.
In such cases, we will fulfill the available products and contact you regarding whether you would prefer to wait for the restocking of the backordered item or receive a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order.
The shipping cost displayed at checkout will be the final shipping charge payable by the customer.
3. Returns
3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind
We accept return requests within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original packaging, unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.
Once the returned item is received and approved after inspection, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3.2 Warranty Returns
The B Square will honor valid warranty claims submitted within 90 days of receiving the products.
Customers are required to pre-pay return shipping costs. Upon successful approval of the warranty claim, the return shipping cost will be reimbursed.
Once the warranty claim is approved, customers may choose one of the following:

4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Domestic Transit Time
Domestic orders are generally delivered within 2–7 business days.
4.2 International Transit Time
International orders are generally delivered within 4–22 business days, depending on the courier service selected.
4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays.
4.4 Change of Delivery Address
Customers may request an address change at any time before the order has been dispatched.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
We ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services only.
4.6 Military Address Shipping
We can ship to military addresses using postal services where applicable.
4.7 Items Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will wait until it becomes available before dispatching the order.
4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
If the estimated delivery time has been exceeded, please contact us so we can investigate the matter.
5. Tracking Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.
6. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you receive a damaged parcel, please refuse delivery if possible and contact our customer support immediately.
If the parcel was delivered in your absence and found damaged later, please contact us with photographs of the package and product.
7. Duties & Taxes

Applicable taxes are included in the product prices displayed on the website.
7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country.
Customers are responsible for paying any such charges.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled any time before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Insurance
Parcels are insured against loss and damage up to the value declared by the courier.
9.1 Damaged Parcels
Refunds or replacements will be processed after the courier completes its investigation.
9.2 Lost Parcels
Refunds or replacements will be processed once the courier confirms that the parcel is lost.
