Return & Refund Policy

• Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

• ₹0 return fee is applicable on eligible returns.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition. Products that are damaged, used, tampered with, or altered will not be accepted.

• Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used soap products are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Products purchased during sale periods or at discounted prices are not eligible for return.

• Reverse pickup is available in select locations based on courier serviceability. Pickup will be arranged within 3-5 business days after approval of the return request.

• If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may self-ship the product to us through a reliable courier service.

• Once the returned product is received, it will undergo a quality inspection. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
